Alan Ramias first started his Old West collection of guns and clothing back in 1999 when he joined the Single Action Shooting Society (SASS) in New Mexico. Target shooting only whetted his appetite, so when he moved to Arizona and saw an article in True West magazine which cited the Arizona Gunfighters as the best Old West reenactment troupe in the country, he joined up.
Since 2006, Alan has played a variety of fictional and real-life characters, his favorite being Doc Holliday.
Alan has acted in shows throughout Arizona, including festivals on the streets of Tombstone and Prescott. He is known by audiences and other cast members for the intensity of his performances.
Alan is available for modeling, meet and greet events, filming, educational and fun events, and works well with other actors and actresses of the era to perform in front of any size audience.
Alan has full costumes for Outlaw, Cowboy, Lawman and also a variety of specialty outfits such as Calvary Scout, Vaquero or Mexican Bandito, Gambler, and Victorian Gentleman. He also has an extensive collection of weapons, including rifles and several pairs of pistols from the Old West era.
Alan is available for local Phoenix engagements or will travel to the event or filming upon contract.
Alan Ramias is a non-union actor.
